Profile
New Zealander by citizenship having completed a Bachelor of Law and Commerce double degree at Otago University. Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and is a part qualified Chartered Financial Analyst.

In 2005 joined the Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Auckland as an analyst focusing on financial restructuring, turnaround management and accelerated M&A. Spent 2 years at Goldman Sachs (NZ) as an associate in the Equity Capital Market's team focusing on sell side equity research, industry analysis and company/transactional financial modelling. 

At the end of 2008, travelled through Europe and settled in the UK, and re-joined the Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in London on a 15 month contract before joining Moorfields. At Moorfields Corporate Finance LLP specialises in business sales, acquisition based advisory services, corporate advisory and accelerated M&A.
